I am an executive and entrepreneur. I have and live it daily. When working with me, I can collaborate on a deeper level because I have been in the trenches. I know how truly lonely it can be as the executive and how scary but exhilarating it is to be an entrepreneur. I have worked with coaches and completed extensive research on how to mitigate the difficulties presented by leadership in my own life and businesses. 

I have also studied executive coaching extensively. As a PhD researcher at heart, I love learning and growing. As my software company grew, I found I was spending a lot of the help sessions consulting on business structure; when I would go to industry conferences I would often be a speaker and would coach the other business owners over lunch. Those interactions made me realize I LOVE helping business owners grow and started looking into what it would take to be an executive coach officially. Fancy uncredited courses didn’t appeal to me as I already have lots of fancy education so I went on an extensive self study to become proficient in standard coaching practices and techniques to supplement my extensive real life experience.

I can help you. And I am straight forward. If we are not a match or my skill sets as a coach won’t provide the desired outcome for you I am not interested in wasting your time or mine and will tell you to find someone else. We are both busy people, let’s make the most of our time to foster success!
